Series tied 1-1

You know, the sooner this series wraps up, the sooner we are to offseason rumors, roster turnover, surprise free agent signings, out-of-nowhere trades, that sort of thing. It’ll be nice to have the Twins in the news again, but for the time being, we have to be content watching non-Twins (or at least, non-current Twins) play on baseball’s biggest stage.

The series is tied at a game apiece as the World Series travels to Atlanta for the first time in over 20 years. Luis Garcia and Ian Anderson are two names we’ve already seen a ton of this postseason, and they’ll be squaring off against each other in Game 3, which will present a pivotal turning point in the series, as one club finds themselves two measly wins away from an eternal championship.

Your nightly Eddie Rosario update...he’s back in the leadoff spot tonight, looking to put on a big show for his home fans. He went 0-for-4 with a strikeout last time after knocking a pair of hits and scoring once in Game One.
