Could ... could the Twins win a series??

Okay, it’s been all doom and gloom around here for some time now, and understandably so. But what if I told you that the Twins have a chance to win a series today?!?

Indeed, the Twins walked off the hated Sox on Tuesday and have a chance to steal a series win on Wednesday afternoon.

Matt Shoemaker will be on the bump for Minnesota, sporting an unsightly 6.62 ERA. He’ll be opposed by Lucas Giolito, who has had one great start, two terrible ones, and a bunch of middling performances. On the season, Giolito is 2-4 with a 4.97 ERA.

Enjoy day baseball!
