All that’s left now is to avoid another sweep.

After a tough loss on Monday and a non-competitive, blowout loss on Tuesday, let’s hope for a well-pitched game from Baily Ober.

Ober has given up just three earned runs in nine innings over his last two starts, striking out 11 and walking only one. That’s good, and compared to the rest of the Twins’ starting staff not named Jose Berrios, it’s downright fantastic.

The Mariners will throw Justus Sheffield, who is 5-5 with a 4.91 ERA. He was knocked out by the Tigers after just four innings his last time out.

Enjoy late-night baseball!
