Not everyone is a big fan of Rocco Baldelli this season. But one special lady quite clearly is.
The Athletic’s Aaron Gleeman (weird to type that still, been reading his stuff since he was “just” another Twins blogger,) reported the other day, that Baldelli and his long-time girlfriend are getting married.
Rocco Baldelli and his longtime girlfriend Allie Genoa are getting married Tuesday in a very small ceremony during a rare break in the MLB season.

"We've been together a long time," Baldelli said, "so I probably should have been on this and gotten this done a little while ago."
While several of his players will be in Denver for the All-Star game, Baldelli will spend the evening as his first as a married man. Hearts will probably break across Twins Territory, since Baldelli was rated 2019’s most handsome MLB manager (the last year Craig Calcaterra appears to have done the rankings.) Your aunt probably considers him a “good-looking young man.”
According to the Star-Trib, the two have been a couple since about 2010. Rocco proposed in November of 2019, at Yosemite National Park, and while the wedding was apparently being planned for this previous winter originally, a lot of wedding have been delayed in the last year.
Congratulations to Rocco and Allie, and here is to a long and happy marriage!
