The Twins get underway before noon Central Time on Wednesday, so excited for EARLY day baseball...

Minnesota is looking to sweep the two-game set after an exciting win on Tuesday night. They’ll send Charlie Barnes to the bump for his second career start. He threw an effective 4 23 innings back on July 17 in his major-league debut, holding the Detroit Tigers to a single earned run on four hits.

Barnes hasn’t been as sharp in his two Triple-A appearances in the interim, so we’ll see how handles taking on a solid Reds squad on the road.

Cincinnati will counter with Luis Castillo, who has had a disappointing season overall but is pitching much better of late.

Enjoy EARLY day baseball!
